Carol T Clinton MS, LDN, CNS

Carol is a nationally board Certified Nutrition Specialist, with a BA in Psychology, through Drew University, and a Masters in Nutrition through University of Bridgeport. As an Integrative Nutritionist, she blends a holistic approach with the latest evidence based research. Living and working in Central NJ, she has a private practice as well as seeing clients here at MorningStar. She has worked with many on Celiac, food sensitivities, autoimmune disorders, fertility, as well as diabetes, arthritis and other chronic health issues and quality of life concerns. She does public speaking on a variety of topics, including Gluten Sensitivity, Healthy Aging, Plant Based Solutions and Drug/Food/Herb Interactions.

She continues to actively advance her knowledge through continuing lectures in integrative and holistic nutrition, seminars, and evidence based research, to bring you the latest studies and best knowledge available.

While Carol advocates for a whole food, nutrient dense way of eating, she looks at each person as an individual, and does not use a ‘one size fits all’ approach to helping you restore your health.
